The Ponkapoag Outdoor Center:
Our Outdoor Center offers rustic surroundings in modern-day comfort. We are the perfect choice for a company cook-out, new staff orientation, or family reunions, and our heated lodge is the perfect location for a Bar/Bat Mitzvah, Holiday gathering, or birthday party. Our superior staff are on hand to assure your day is picture perfect, and each team member is trained in team-building activities, ropes course facilitation, or lifeguarding.

Rental Dates:
September 01 - June 15: Sunday- Saturday 7am-10pm
June 16- August 31: Weekends only from 7am- 10pm (some afternoons may be available for Ropes Course facilitation Monday- Friday. Please contact the Director for more information.)
* Because we are primarily an outdoor facility, some rental options may not be available all year.

Rates:
Use of the Pool: $100/hr
High Ropes Courses: $75/hour (1 hour minimum) when renting other facilities or
$35/person when renting alone
Low Ropes Courses: $50/ hour (1 hour minimum) when renting other facilities or
$20/ person when renting alone
Use of lodge: $200
Use of grounds: $300

Package Rates:
2 hours of pool, three rope elements (maximum of 20 people), use of grounds, and use of lodge: $700/day
2 hours of pool, use of lodge, and use of grounds: $650/day
Three high-ropes elements (maximum of 20 people), use of lodge, and use of grounds: $525/day
2 hours of pool, three high-ropes elements (maximum of 20 people), and use of grounds: $525/day
Use of lodge and grounds: $400/day

School Groups and Non-Profit Organizations may be eligible for a reduced rate. Please contact the Director for more information.

Meals, Snacks, etc:
Because Ponkapoag Outdoor Center does not have kitchen facilities, we are teaming with local caterers to offer our groups a variety of food choices. A full menu with prices/person will be available on this webpage shortly.
Alternatively, you may pack a picnic lunch/snack and enjoy use our outdoor picnic tables.
