Financial Assistance

The Ponkapoag Outdoor Center is committed to providing a summer camp experience for every child regardless of ability to pay. Through the YMCA of Greater Boston's ACCESS program, reduced camp fees are available to families with qualifying household incomes. The Ponkapoag Outdoor Center is also happy to arrange individualized payment plans and to accept child care vouchers and third party payments. Please do not let the cost of camp prevent you from registering -- contact us today to discuss financial arrangements.

Payment Policies

•  A non-refundable, non-transferable deposit of $100 per week of camp is required at the time of registration.
•  All outstanding balances are due by June 2.
•  Unless prior arrangements have been made, outstanding balances not paid by June 2 will incur a $25 late fee.
•  After June 2, new registrations require payment in full.
•  All changes in enrollment after initial registration must be in writing and are subject to availability.
•  All cancellations, other than those caused by verifiable medical reasons, require a 30-day written notice stating reasons for withdrawal. With proper notification, a tuition refund minus the $100 per week deposit will be made.
•  Tuition for campers who leave camp for behavioral reasons will not be refunded.
